So anyway, I'm currently stuck at home, doing nothing at all. I guess I'll just an update briefly.
On Sunday morning, which is CNY eve btw, I went for my dental appointment. I didn't change the colour of my braces as the doctor did not bother asking me and just used back the same colour, lol. But luckily he didn't make much changes so I can still enjoy the reunion dinner.
In the afternoon, had a mini reunion dinner/lunch with my family members. Steamboat plus BBQ, two in one! Then later at the late afternoon, my father, my sister and I went over to my grandfather's house to have another reunion dinner =P
I think the CNY day 1 is pretty much the same every year? Went over to my grandfather's house and waited for my paternal uncles, aunts and cousins to arrive. (My maternal side are all at Indonesia, I think all that knows me well should know??) Then later went to a Thai temple to pray. And of course not to forget GAMBLING. Haha. But I lost a total of $3.50, blegh =(

Anyway, just wanna do a recap of ytd's celebration. Of course, CO started playing 斗牛 and 龙的传人 first. Missed some other events, like the yoyo-guy and Chinese Opera =( Omg, Melissa is super cute in her clothes man!

Spent recess with many T1-ians, which I'm lazy to link. Somehow or another, I ended up comparing with Irwin the stuffs we had in our wallets/ bags/ etc. O_o

I'll post some pictures when I use back my computer. Lol.
And I don't know why, recently I keep spacing out into nothingness. No, I'm not thinking about anyone, but I just don't know, cannot focus myself. Not during lessons time, but during times like recess/ free period. When someone call me it would take me about 5 sec or more to react back =(
At least our deserved break is finally here! I'll make sure I spend nothing but playing/ eating on CNY. I still remember when I was sec 1 I got sick during day 2 of CNY =(

I think I'm ironic, simply because I keep complaining how I cannot use the computer like for so many days since school started, but when I start using the computer, I feel so super sian and feel like mugging. Ironic much?
Anyway, wanna congrats all the graduated seniors of sec 4'08! =D
I feel motivated by the sec 4s (and stress at the same time), but I'm scared the motivation will soon go away =( I must be like Zhang Jiao, keep on motivating myself =D And I made a pact with Melissa, if we were to score 9A1s, we'll treat each other to PastaMania, if we scored all A1s, we'll go to Seoul Garden or some more high-class restaurant.
And I was jokingly telling Mel in lessons just now if we were to appear on the Honours list together, we'll write on The Straits Time/ Lian He Zao Bao that our motivation for scoring 10A1s was the pact we made 2 years ago about treating each other. LOL!
Life is so stressful in sec 3s suddenly. I think I'm still not prepared. Gosh. Must settle down quickly. There's 6 class tests next week, and it's only the third week of school, gosh! And we are considered lucky, if not for 蔡老师 who we managed to convince not to give us any spelling next week as well. Thanks so much, saviour!!
Teachers love giving tests before CNY =( And I recall Mrs Selvi saying how they are not racists, 'cus they let us celebrate CNY in peace. Well not really, 'cus we'll keep thinking about we fared for the tests etc. Garh!!
I think I'm starting to love History and Lit more and more =D I think it's personally because of the teachers, oops. I mean, I like the way they teach the lesson. World War I and Mining for Meaning. And Mrs Selvi is very cute, IMO. She can cite any exmaples in her life and link it to Lit! PhD= Permanent head damage =P She also says those people who take PhD philosophy are looney beans, LOL! 'Cus they keep mumbling to themselves, so coped up in their philosophical world. Gosh...
Anyway, I don't want CO to start at 4pm (I think so?) it's like if we start at 4pm, we''ll end at 6.30pm. But given the way I pack my things slowly/ Debrief, I can expect myself leaving school at 7pm, reaching home at 7.30pm. There's no time for homework/ revision!! Yuck. Please, I appeal to you teachers, let the time remains at 3pm, or I think I will faint of stress =(
I realise going shopping with my mum always help me clears my mind. And yes, I know I should be studying for the 武文弄墨 test. but social life is important as well. Gosh, I think I'm becoming a spendthrift (on clothes), as everytime I go out with my mum, I'll definitely buy a piece of clothes. So if I didn't count wrongly, I have about 8 piece of clothes for CNY! I'm definitely looking forward to CNY, but not looking forward to the Fahrenheit 451 test 4 days before CNY. But I'm sure out of all my clothes, some of it will be given to my sister 'cus she's a person who doesn't like buying new clothes, not like me =.=
Chinatown have lots of pretty clothes, it's not those 'auntie clothes' that people always associate Chinatown with. Oh ya, digressing a little,I personally am not in favour of the new EZ-Link card system. The new EZ-Link card can now be used as something like a debit card, but that's definitely not helping young children with finance management. I mean for example, if a parent charges >$10 for his/her primary level child, he/she can always use his/her card to buy anything they want if they're not with their parents. Of course, it'd be good for the adults since it won't be a hazzle to 'feed your money' to the ERP. =.=

Thursday
There's a new relief teacher for P.E? I think she's called Jerry (at least that's how you pronounce it). Garh, first period of PE and we have to run 4 rounds. If I never remember wrongly, during Uncle Tan's era (lol) we only had to run 2 rounds. I miss Uncle... =(
Netball/ Captain Ball with the T1 girls, yay I'm in Jia Yan and Su Li's group. Then there's this one part during the game where Le En was like telling Pui Shan (who is in my group) "Pass me the ball", and Pui Shan really gave her the ball, LOL.
E.Maths I think Mr Choo digressed away from the lesson to university, PhD (permanent head damage =P) and etc.
There's a diagnostic test during Bio, and I could hear the sec 1 cheering away with the "Everywhere we go" cheer. Can't concentrate... Lunched and did A.Maths homework with Jia Ying, Hui Ping and Sherlyn. Lol I realise Sherlyn like to shriek whenever she encounter a difficult problem, then I kept on saying "Eh是给你叫得啊？" and I think I pissed Jia Ying off, LOL.
Today
During English Ms Lee forced us to sing the "Good morning Ms Lee" song. During HMT I feel so inferior to the PRC scholars, I don't even recognise the well-known people they are mentioning =O During Lit Mrs Selvi was super funny!! She talked about Looney Beans, Masochists and Sadists. Pure funniness! If you're there, you'll surely laugh your head off! During Chem, Mr Matthew Lim spent the whole period talking about the GreenWave and Tan Kah Kee projects.

Just gonna summarises everything up. Basically for the past few days the teachers just came in, intro-ed themselves and started on an impromtu lesson 'cus they did actually taught anything when the ASEAN scholars went for their orientation programme. Speaking of the ASEAN scholars, I think they are amicable and super enthu! Hopefully everyone can continue being enthu till the cheering competition, garh!
Oh ya, I really adore my Literature class, as it only consists of 10 people to 1 teacher, woohoo~ Hopefully we can keep to this size and not merge with other classes, I prefer smaller classes.
Being random, I also noticed that many people in the class uses Myuk as their pencil cases, which is my case, all the girls sitting in the first row all uses Myuk pencil cases.
K that's about it.
So basically today I'm super tired out=( I reached school super early today (like the past 2 years), but it will be the last time I can reach school at 7am, lol. Buses this year (gosh just now I wrote next year =P)
Speaking of which, just now at the Teck Whye Campus, I was really like a super innocent being when I reach there. 'Cus as they want to lower the school flag, they have to raise it first (means must sing National Athemn), and hence I was like a out-of-place person who just reached the assembly area and then suddenly heard someone say the "School attention" command. Blur as sotong!
March-backed as 201 Frontiers <3 to the new-old campus and assembled. Divya came as an alumni. There was free fruit juice for us too =P
Recess then Form Class. Our form teacher and A.Maths is Mrs Poh, Chemistry is Mr Matthew Lim, Physics is Mr Chin, Bio teacher's initial is LKS, E.Maths is Mr Choo, English is Ms Susanna Lee, Humanities don't know yet. Man, I will really miss all the other Frontiers!! And Jorin!! My desk partner =(( Gonna miss everyone la!
And Melissa once again is our Chairman/Vice-chairman =D, with a PRC scholar called Irwin(?).
Assembly for few mins and lunched with Le En, Jia Ying, Melissa, Sherlyn, Hui Ping. Like always, I'm the last to finish my lunch. But I'm also the last to start, so it isn't my fault =x
CO later, and guess what? My hand started getting painful, AGAIN. Gosh, when will it ever heals?? So throughout practice, I cannot even hold the bow properly, and then one time it got so painful and numb that I dropped the bow. I'm sorry, bow. But luckily I drop the bow during the 'so-called' break time for our section, so not many people was paying attention.
After CO I took 300 with Wan Er, Jane and Zaki. Wanted to buy A Midsummer's Night Dream but they don't have stock. And I saw and kinda of talk to Mrs Slyvi. She's teaching History and Lit! Luckily for me, AMSND is only studied during Semester 2 (or was it Term 2??), so I still have some time to buy the book. But the irritating thing is that the bookshop isn't going to order the book in bulk anymore, so I cannot buy it at the school bookshop. Haiz.
Oh, and I met my mum somewhere at the esclator. And also Madeline, Cheryl and their friend when they are buying a present for someone. Then the most surprising thing is that I met Cheryl and Zaki at the bus stop, and on the bus 190, I saw Wan Er and Jane again!! So qiao XD And we were sitting/standing at the exact place when taking bus 300, haha XD
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!! It's a brand new year, with new challenges to face! As of now, I can officially wear the red coloured upper secondary school badge =P
And a few new year's resolutions:
1) To become more mature
2) To become healthier and fitter
3) To become a calmer person
4) To become neater
5) To treasure things
I think that's it. It's just simple resolutions, but I want to be able to abide by them.

I still remember that time when I was a new seondary 1 student and looking so super nerd. I was like looking at the class list and commenting: "Hey that's Jin Mei/ Gideon/ Wee Kiat/ Rui Feng" and "OMG, why is Le En/ Han Yan/ Madeline in 02/03/04?!" The first friend I made was Melissa as she was sitting directly in front of me (excluding those that I already know). Then later on, I got to know Noreen, Jia Ying, Jorin, Shi Qiu. Then Shu Lei and Zhi Qing. Somehow we just clicked and started talking like anything. Got into Chinese Orchestra: Cello.
2007 February
-Here's where teachers started giving us projects. The Literature Project: Integrity (Members: Melissa, Syafiqah, Divya, Silas, Yee Kiet, Diko) and the Modern Snow White (Members: Jin Mei, Shu Lei, Rui Feng)

Friday
Played badminton with Jia Ying, her cousin, Rui Feng, Elvis, Ming Zhe, Jing Hao, Le Tian, Wee Kiat, Yee Kiet and Jason. Silas joined us later after coming from school. Then we also played Daidi, lol la! I learnt Daidi after returning from chalet when my sis taught me XD
My muscles are super sore when I return home =(
Saturday
Went for AMaths tuition early in the morning (I'd bet some of you are still sleeping when I'm at tuition: 9am) Afterwards I went for my dental appointment and changed the colour to red. My upper teeth finally have those chain rubbery thingy, but it's super tight and painful, till now =(
Afterwards met up with my mum and went to Bugis plus Outram. Bought some clothes and then window-shopped. I bought a new watch as well =D
Today
Went with my father and sister to BPP to look for my sis's books as well as a moniter screen. In the end bought nothing of those but went for haircut instead. Gosh, speaking of which, please don't look at my ugly face on Tues (CO prac) 'cus although the rest of my hair are ok, my FRINGE isn't. Garh!! My fringe looks super toot 'cus it's like Jin Mei's fringe (imagine it yourself) with the thickness and length divided by half. It's something like Hui Ping's fringe, but not as nice as hers, 'cus the mine was not intended to be cut like hers but swept to the side. Shugh I don't know how to explain la, but it's just super toot and disgusting!!
So please don't laugh at me during Co Prac =(((
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!! Soon it's goona be 2009, a brand new year with brand new challenges, but let's treasure every second there is for the remaining December 2008.

I guess the movie is ok, won't give it a very high or low rating, it's about average I guess? The movie didn't really keep to the book's content, but the computer effects are quite entertaining. However Janice was like complaining it was not doing justice to the book, LOL.

Today was CO practice, our beloved Vice-Chair (Sheng Ying) was late by one minute XD So today's practice was on The Cicada and Bull Fighting. Then there's the part during the bar 52 of Cicada when Jia Ying got the Da Ruan note wrong, and our whole section was LOL-ing at her with Mr Chin and Yan Ping.
After practice I stayed back to kay-poh those who stayed back to practice the CCA Roadshow's song. What's the song? Haha don't tell you, but it's Rui Feng's favourite anime song. It's funny to listen to them (Yan Ping, Sherlyn, Hazel, Qi Yuen, Kee Leng, Alfred, erm... got Eunice?? ) play the song. Sherlyn and Alfred says it's too fast for them to catch, while Yan Ping and Kee Leng find the 'ban zou' redundant.
Then later went to Lot 1 with Le En. I saw Jia Ying when I was exiting 7-11, omg she reached home early =( And to think I can reach home even earlier few months ago before moving back, LOL.
I still don't feel like doing the online maths test =X
So, Janice came to my house early 'cus at first she wanted to use the computer to listen to the SYF song, The Cicada, but I told it won't be posted at the web till SYF finished due to copyright. In the end we went to Lot 1 first to window shop.
Then met up with Jia Ying, Zaki and Jeryl. Introduced Janice to them. Lol. Jia Ying and Janie super click! Waited for Kee Leng at Tanjong Pajar and the first thing he said when he alighted was " You cannot call my handphone de, 'cus I left my phone at home".
Had dinner at Singapore Conference Hall. Jia Ying and Kee Leng had hor fun then Janice and I shared fish-and-chip.
I love songs man, especially the double cello concerto. It's by jeryl's cello teacher, and another guy. Oh and during intermission, Jia Ying, Kee Leng and I got super crazy over old songs. Then when we were laughing at Kee Leng, Janice was being crazy and laughing at her own comic book, LOL. Jia Ying was like so shocked Kee Leng learns the piano. LOL.
Homed with Janice, Kee Leng and Jeryl 'cus Jia Ying and Zaki waited for Edmund( so sudden XD) at Outram Park??
Then Wednesday(omg just now I spelt it as 'weddensday' cus too long never use this word), Thursday and Friday was our 201 class chalet. Totally enjoyed myself la! But I didn't stay on the second night cus got CO practise on Friday, but still I enjoyed myself =D
So first on Wed I met up with Jin Mei to go to Kai Ting's house. I was being an extra there, lol. Saw Kelly on the platform as well. And Ben Chan was 1.5 hours late from the supposed meeting time 'cus we're supposed to meet at 11am? Then later someone related to Kai Ting (I think?) drove us to Coasta Sands. It's like all the girls' hair were flying all over the place while seating at the lorry 'cus there is no covered shelter for the lorry and it' super windy. I think it can be compared to a tornado, LOL. Jin Mei's hair was exceptional messy when we reached 'cus she just rebonded her hair, and is super lol.
Then we went to check out our chalet for the rest of 3 days. Settled some matters and Rui Feng taught Jin Mei and I how to play Bridge (?) and played Indian Poker (not racist). And then shortly peeps arrived: Jia Ying, Noreen, Jia Yan, Syafiqah, Amirah, Ming Zhe, Jing Hao, Le Tian, Wee Kiat.
Soon games started: The Water Game (?) and Indian Poker. Like so super funny during Water Game, 'cus Le Tian keep got sabo to drink cups of water. Then got one part we were supposed to play 7UP in Cantonese and Felicia just auto drink the water as forfeit 'cus she can't speak Cantonese. And Jia Ying was like super frustrated in her group 'cus she's the only one who can converse in Canto. In the end the 2 of us were shouting to each other in Canto. Lol.
Then free time after Indian Poker and before BBQ. I took a walk with Jin Mei to the bus stop and back. Then tried to help start the fire but ended up being an extra 'cus I didn't start another fire. Haiz.
Then Jin Mei had to go 'cus being a Percussionist in the Band is diff. from the rest, lol that's what she said. In short, she have band the next day XD
Afterwards Asyraf went to Ben Chan's aunt(?) house to bath (I think) and the Malay girls returned home. Jia Yan and Kai Ting stayed in the chalet while the rest of us went to watch late night movie, woohoo like so fun!
We watched The Day The Earth Stood Still, super nice la!! Like to animation effects and the sound effects, just that sometimes the sound suddenly get super loud then very scary. The not-so-good part was the casts, no shuai ge or mei nv, LOL. And the ending as well, quite sudden.
Then afterwards went back to chalet and Noreen, Jia Ying and I went to the swimming pool's bathrooms to bath 'cus we think it's cleaner. Haha.
Jia Ying, Noreen, Rui Feng, Le Tian, Jing Hao, Ming Zhe, Wee Kiat and I stayed overnight to play Cheat, Bridge, Blackjack, and still got what I forgot. Then during one part while Wee Kiat was napping we pulled the blanket over his head and Jia Ying, Jing Hao and Le Tian became his sons and daughter and 'cried at his dead bed'.
Then suddenly we decided to watch the sunrise and so at 4.30am in the morning we went to Pasir Ris park. Le Tian and Jing Hao is super sickening la, it's so super DARK and they still kept on scaring. Yuck. Played 'guess the song name' game while waiting for the sunrise. But didn't really caught any sun rising, haiz. Then took some pictures and went for breakfast. Hotcakes <3 And Rui Feng got 'outcasted' by the boys, lol.
Returned back to chalet and slept for 2hours?? I think so. Free time then later on was wet game but I never play 'cus I gotta return home.
Ya so that's about it. Photos and videos later. Lazy haha.

Then there's always this part of the show that make the show seems like a reality by including those camera-mans and workers of the drama. LOL!!
And also one part where Jiro's mum was stuck in the space between dimensions and the characters in it(Jiro 汪東城 as 夏天, Danson 唐禹哲 as 夏宇, Sunnie 黃小柔 as 夏美) literally became their actors/actresses. I really LOL-ed at that scene.!
Anyway, Friday was our Tenor Section's date aka outing!! Totally enjoyed myself <3
At first we were supposed to go Cdans and bowl, but there's a bowling competition (?) so we decided to go swimming first. We went to Bukit Batok Swimming Complex and Sheng Ying, Yi Xiu, Kee Leng and I swam. Wan Er and Hui Ping were walking around the whole pool with us while Xiao Jing was sleeping at a bench, lol. And I forgot how to swim free style =(
Later on we went PastaMania to eat lunch, and for the FIRST time I'm not the last to finish my lunch, haha.
Afterwards we went Clementi Kbox and sang songs while waiting for Wei Qi. Jeryl PS-ed us =.=
Took lots of photos as well, but I don't have it yet cus I'm not the one who took the photos, LOL.
